HSPG was established in 2015 by Jessica Scott, who specializes in providing her clients with local, dedicated project management services and peace of mind.

Jessica Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C), with 20 years of project management experience. Jessica is on the ground, monitoring and controlling key project aspects to deliver projects on time and on budget. During her career, she has managed over $1 billion in infrastructure, healthcare, institutional, commercial, retail, and residential construction projects, as well as software integration, marketing, budgeting, and document control projects. Jessica has a proven track record of successfully helping numerous organizations achieve project success. She has extensive knowledge across both the public and private sectors, and her project experience spans many industries and disciplines.
